Isle of Wight Furniture Deliveries
There is no charge for local IOW furniture deliveries, and all deliveries are made by our own experienced 2 Man Readers Delivery Team
We try our best to work around your schedule, so that's why we also deliver on Saturdays - and we are happy to take special instructions to help (such as calling ahead).
Nationwide Furniture Deliveries
We are able to deliver most furniture to UK mainland addresses, please check against each item whether nationwide delivery is available. The above charges are for standard drop off delivery to your door, which is free for orders over £500. See below if you wish to include white glove service.
White Glove Service
We are more than happy to unpack your furniture, assemble where needed (such beds or wardrobes), and takeaway all the transit packaging. There is a small charge of £15 for the first 2 items, and £25 for 3 or more.
If you are ordering online, please call us to see if we can offer white glove delivery in your area.
Mattress and Old Furniture Collection
For Isle of Wight deliveries, we can collect old furniture on a "like for like" basis, so if we deliver a mattress, we can collect your old mattress for a fee. Please call us or ask in store for more information.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish based on the following policy:
1. If you wish to cancel your order:
a) You can notify us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org before we have despatched the goods to you; or
b) where goods have already been despatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 2 below.
2. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
3. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
4. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 3 will not apply in the event that the product has been used or the product has been specially ordered at the customer’s request. The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
5. Faulty or damaged goods will be exchanged or refunded where possible within the first 14 days of purchase. Damaged goods must be reported to Readers Interiors within 24 hours of delivery, after this time we cannot accept responsibility of the damage reported.
